Job summary

Bisnow in Boston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to the Project Executive and own project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction while managing multiple projects concurrently.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, 5–8+ years of PM experience, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Strong client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to understand project scope.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Critical Path Schedule.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee project closeout documentation and warranties.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and job costing.
• Utilize Procore and ERP systems for project controls.
