AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial projects in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience, incl. 2+ years as Superintendent or Foreman.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Experience supervising field operations and coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations for commercial/industrial projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades across all construction phases.
• Monitor job site safety and OSHA compliance and ensure quality standards.
• Review drawings, blueprints, specs, and schedules to address field issues.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and monitor progress against milestones.
• Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules to align upcoming activities.
• Prepare daily reports, logs, progress photos, and documentation.
• Conduct QC inspections to verify work meets specs.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure building code compliance.
• Work with PMs, subs, and field personnel to resolve scheduling and site coordination issues.
