Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Project & Development Services in Indianapolis. You will lead the financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor/contractor coordination across multi-site capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities include RFQ/RFP development, design coordination, risk management, client relations, and ensuring adherence to budgets, scopes, and schedules while guiding teams through complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with understanding of project management business.
• Strong knowledge of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems.
• Experience with alternative construction delivery models on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and master schedules.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP for vendor and contractor services.
• Lead design implementation and short-to-medium term planning.
• Manage due diligence, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor selection.
• Negotiate contracts and manage performance with vendors/consultants.
• Interface with client staff, property managers and stakeholders.
• Identify risk areas and communicate issues to leadership.
