Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a commercial and industrial firm in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Applicants should have 5+ years in commercial construction, with at least 2+ years in project management, and be proficient in Sage, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or similar environments.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking and change orders.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance and field activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, cost reports, change orders, and billings.
• Manage contracts, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and coordinate with project engineers and superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify risks, scheduling conflicts, budget variances, and construction issues.
• Provide oversight and guidance to project staff.
