Job summary

Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive preconstruction, budgeting and execution for high-profile commercial projects.

You will lead client presentations, coordinate with architects and engineers, and mentor team members across the project lifecycle. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with 2–3 years in commercial construction, and a background with a commercial general contractor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, with 2–3 years in commercial construction required.
• Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred.
• All candidates must provide a resume.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction budgeting from concept to GMP.
• Coordinate project execution from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and bids.
• Oversee project communications with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
