Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, with 2–3 years in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project execution planning from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, change orders, and cost control to ensure financial health.
• Facilitate owner, architect, engineer and trade partner communication; lead project meetings and risk mitigation.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred
