Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction, from budgeting and bidding to closeout. You will coordinate internal and external teams, drive client relations, and ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong work experience considered
• 9+ years PM experience; or Bachelor's with 5+ years; or Master's with 3+ years
• 2-3 years in internal fit-out aviation construction projects
• Experience managing field operations including scheduling, quality control, subcontract coordination
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses, develop presentations, and direct pitches
• Oversee preconstruction efforts from budgeting to final budget approval
• Manage contract reviews with owners and subs
• Provide guidance and leadership to project team
• Oversee cost control and budget management processes
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and Assistants
• Drive business development and client relationship management
• Support intern programs and mentoring activities
• Develop training content and lead training sessions
• Model professional conduct for the team
