Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects across the lifecycle. The role owns budgeting, bidding, cost control and closeout, while guiding internal and external teams to meet financial goals.

The position emphasizes client relationships, national accounts, and staffing decisions, with a focus on mentorship and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 13+ years of construction project management experience, 5 years in commercial construction.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control, and coordinating sub-contractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Conscientious, flexible, with a team-first attitude and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in RFP responses, develop presentations, and lead pitches.
• Manage client relations and business development activities with designers and clients to assist with budgets.
• Develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers through mentoring and guidance.
• Oversee cost control, change management, forecasting, and timely billing/reporting.
• Pursue new project leads by maintaining relationships with past and current clients and designers.
• Contribute to staffing decisions with Office Leadership and participate in mentoring programs.
