Job summary

VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead a major Design-Build highway project in Virginia as part of the HRCP JV with Flatiron/Dragados. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with engineering, estimating, and subcontractors, and ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil construction and 3+ years in management, plus strong communication and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling).
• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned project work and mediates between field engineering, estimating, and workforce.
• Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs and schedules.
• Reviews project specs, coordinates with crews and utilities to identify hazards.
• Presents production work plan at project meetings for alignment.
• Coordinates with equipment teams and vendors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Forecasts schedules and provides mitigation for production issues.
• Identifies risks and documents daily activities and meetings.
• Ensures all inspections are completed within required timeframes.
• Supports safety and process controls on site.
• Oversees sub-contractor production and adjusts plans as needed.
• Coordinates project close-out activities per standards.
