Job summary

VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA seeks a senior Mechanical Manager to lead a large civil construction contract in Virginia. You will oversee budget, schedule, staffing, and equipment, coordinating with the owner, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-contract delivery and quality.

The role requires extensive PM experience on complex design-build or CM/GC projects, strong risk and cost control, and leadership across engineering, scheduling, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Experience in bid-build, design-build and alternative delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, schedule, staffing, and equipment for the project.
• Lead engineering and scheduling teams; prepare cost and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate with owner, third-party stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Manage contract changes and risk mitigation; ensure safety programs.
