Responsibilities

• Act as on-site liaison with client and community.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Conduct field inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors on construction activity.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Develop project proposals including pricing.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Provide design/technical input to projects.
• Coordinate design with team members.
• Ensure staff have tools to complete tasks.
• Generate additional sales through business development.
• Lead QA/QC project review meetings.
• Assist with project reports and presentations.
• Attend client, staff, and project meetings.
• Estimate fees and review plans.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
