Job summary

Wade Trim seeks a Senior Project Manager to join our Water department in Columbus, OH. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 15–20 years of related experience, and a Professional Engineer license.

You will lead project management, design and construction support for stormwater and water/wastewater projects, manage key clients, prepare estimates and reports, and help expand Wade Trim’s client base while maintaining a collaborative, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 15 to 20 years of related experience required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Excellent technical writing, organization and communication skills are essential.
• A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical planning, design and construction support on various stormwater, water and wastewater treatment and collection system projects.
• Become the client manager for targeted key clients.
• Actively participate in improving Wade Trim’s visibility and brand.
• Prepare engineering calculations and supporting analysis of alternatives.
• Develop and complete applications, permits, engineering reports and specifications.
• Prepare and review engineer estimates and cost reviews.
• Conduct on-site inspections and attend client/project meetings.
