Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent progressive experience).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not offered).
• On-site supervision of contractor performance, ensuring quality work and timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and renovation projects ensuring alignment with standards and budgets.
• Lead bid management and contractor selection.
• Prepare and monitor capital budgets; report financial performance to senior management.
• Coordinate permits, design execution, and contractor/consultant performance for timely completion.
• Maintain safety standards and oversee consultant relations.
