KLA is seeking a seasoned Capital Construction Program Manager to lead large-scale projects at our Milpitas, CA campus. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with Project Controls, Procurement and Finance, and report progress to senior leadership.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days a week and up to 25% US travel, with a strong focus on MEP systems, cost control, and stakeholder alignment. Join a global workplace services team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree with eight (8) years of experience in capital construction program and project management.
• Deep knowledge of construction and MEP systems with related data/technology tools and systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence with senior executives.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups and levels of an organization.
• Ability to plan at strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong project team management, resource allocation, and clear deliverables.
• US travel up to 25% is expected.
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week onsite at Global HQ in Milpitas, CA.
• Ability to work on diverse projects in a dynamic campus environment.
• Customer-focused, accountable, and execution-driven.
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating and construction docs, submittals, permits.

Responsibilities

• Run, design and deliver capital projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to build cost plans and funding analyses.
• Monitor cost, commitments, change trends, accruals, cashflow and depreciation.
• Manage source-to-pay: bidding, leveling, contracting, PO issuance and supplier payment.
• Provide periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-functional communication with internal customers and partners.
• Develop architectural/engineering drawings with end-users and partners.
• Identify savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with EHS, IT, security and facilities for compliant project execution.
