Senior Construction Project Manager – Battery Manufacturing

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager with CSA experience to oversee the core and shell construction for retrofitting an existing factory into a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant for a high-profile client. The role involves ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the construction within the set timeline and budget, maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading construction management, including development of plans and documents.
2. Serving as the main client contact and ensuring clear communication.
3. Managing and mentoring architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
4. Overseeing compliance with codes and regulations.
5. Managing battery retrofit construction efforts and integration with existing infrastructure.
6. Developing innovative construction solutions for retrofit projects.
7. Coordinating with design teams and monitoring progress.
8. Supporting client relationships and business development efforts.
9. Managing project financials and ensuring timely invoicing.
10. Supporting team management and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in large-scale construction and project management.
• Leadership skills and experience with battery retrofit projects are essential.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of local construction market and sustainability certifications (LEED preferred).
• Fluency in Korean is advantageous.

Additional Information:
