Your Role

The Senior Design Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and execution of new customer-facing projects, focused on custom Cell Culture Media and Sterile Liquid products for the launch of a new manufacturing site in South Korea (SKOR). These projects require the ability to deliver complex and integrated solutions tailored to customer qualification needs. The Senior Design Project Manager collaborates with commercial colleagues, Design Engineers, and the customer to define project requirements and deliver proposals, including qualification activities, product requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines for the initial demand. They lead internal teams to leverage expertise in designing customer solutions suitable for the site and business unit, working closely with the Global Strategic Accounts organization to facilitate product demand movement from EU/US to South Korea.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute customer-facing projects involving sterile liquid and dry powder media manufacturing, packaging, and testing processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Who You Are
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to utilize cross-functional interdependencies to drive success.
  • Knowledge of CCM capabilities, GMP processes, and quality systems.
  • Strong understanding of sterile liquid and dry powder media manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MRP systems, and project management software.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and data presentation skills.
  • Ability to verbalize challenges and recover from setbacks.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and comply with safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in relevant field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or fine chemical industry.

Pay Range: $114,100-$171,100. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and potential incentive bonuses.
