Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Ironton, Ohio site. You will drive electrical construction projects, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and work closely with field leaders to ensure on-time completion.

Qualified candidates have 8+ years in commercial construction project management, exposure to design-build or negotiated bids, and OSHA certification. The role includes relocation support and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commercial construction project management.
• Degree or certificate in construction management or related field.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with clear communication to vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate project risk and escalate issues quickly to leadership.
• Maintain client trust through collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
• Oversee project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, cost-to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings and coordinate across departments.
