Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. You will manage projects, schedule resources, control budgets and timelines, and collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress and completion.

This full-time role reports to the Project Executive and offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Construction Management degree or related qualification.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives
• Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
• Maintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
• Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
• Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
• Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
• Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
• Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
