Job summary

CBI Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the PM team, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling and budgeting across projects and/or management assignments.

The role partners with Preconstruction, Field Operations and Capstone development teams to optimize design, value engineering and construction processes, while steering subcontracts, change orders and client reporting to meet ownership objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional construction management experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and client/reporting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own project budgets, scopes, subcontracts, schedules and reporting to clients/owners.
• Collaborate withPreconstruction, senior PM, Capstone development and design teams.
• Review plans, perform takeoffs when needed, and develop project schedules.
• Negotiate trade labor, equipment, and materials with Preconstruction.
• Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; review invoices and pay apps.
• Monitor and report weekly project budgets and milestones.
• Lead safety, quality, scheduling and OSHA compliance across sites.
