Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. is a nationwide, family-owned contractor seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from initiation through completion.

You will coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met across projects in multiple trades. The role requires at least five years in project management, strong proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, MS Office, SharePoint, Viewpoint, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in construction.
• Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viewpoint and Procore preferred.
• Experience managing projects $1M+ and large commercial/institutional work.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and maintains relationships with GC, architect, engineer, owner, and stakeholders.
• Attends project meetings and helps plan all phases of the construction lifecycle.
• Reviews contracts to minimize scope creep and manage budgets.
• Tracks labor and material budgets; assists with schedule of values for monthly billings.
• Ensures timely reporting to Jet Management and GC; coordinates field progress.
