Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.

You will coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Owners, attending meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in project management.
Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
Experience managing projects 1M+.
Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional, and/or Federal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate and foster relationships with GC, architect, engineer, owner and stakeholders.
Attend project meetings and plan all phases of the construction lifecycle.
Review contracts to minimize scope gaps and creep.
Track labor and material budgets.
Prepare schedules of values and monthly billings.
Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to management.
