Job summary

DPR Construction's Digital Building Components division seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction initiatives, guiding project engineers and assistant PMs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and about 7 years of construction experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial capacity; OSHA 30 is preferred with completion within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7 years of construction engineering/project experience; 1–2 years in management preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of construction project professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with focus on safety and quality.
• Monitor progress, address escalated issues, and ensure on-time completion.
• Manage project finances, contracts, and risk; communicate status to stakeholders.
