Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of large, complex facility construction and on-site management experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Suretrak, MS Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO) and MS Office.
• LEED accreditation preferred and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning and status meetings and develop the project plan.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate procurement, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure contract files are complete and project closeout is organized.
