Job summary

Hoar Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety and client relations on complex construction projects. The role partners with the Superintendent to manage subcontractors, contracts, and risk across all phases of the build.

The candidate will develop project plans, issue monthly projections, manage pay applications and cash flow, and ensure timely contract and document control. On-site leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a building/construction field.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and procurement processes.
• Experience with scheduling software and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning and status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with reports, projections, and change orders.
• Prepare project administration, correspondence, and letters.
• Build industry relationships to generate future opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and budgeting.
• Lead submittals, RFIs, RFPs and procurement activities.
