Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management of new construction and renovations (healthcare experience preferred).
• MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with status reports, monthly projections, and change orders for owner and subs.
• Create/monitor pay applications and cash flow to manage the budget.
• Develop project administration, correspondence and letters.
• Build industry relationships and networks for future opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and job cost reporting.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, RFQs, and procurement.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and supplies to job sites.
