Job summary

Premise Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and complete multiple construction projects on time, within budget and within scope.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, track costs, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

A BS in PM/Engineering and 5+ years' experience are required; PMP/PMC certification is preferred. Procore and Outbuild experience a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in project management, engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and construction operations.
• Familiarity with reading drawings and blueprints.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, invoicing and revenue awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects from start to finish with construction managers.
• Monitor schedules and costs to meet budget and deadlines.
• Create and execute project schedules meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular updates.
• Act as primary contact between customer and Premise.
• Ensure materials are available on time; process change orders.
• Monitor KPIs and report status to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
