Job summary

Premise Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and complete construction projects on time, within budget and scope. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and related tools. Willingness to travel to remote job sites is required.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline; PMC/PMP or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, project controls, construction operations, or capital project oversight.
• Understanding of construction procedures, quality, safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Ability to prepare and interpret spreadsheets, schedules and action plans.
• Financial aptitude and understanding of revenue, budgets, margins and invoicing.
• Knowledge of construction cost controls, earned revenue/WIP, forecasting and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Proficiency with Premise-provided software including Microsoft Office, PDF software, Procore, Outbuild; ability to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects from start to finish in collaboration with Construction Managers.
• Monitor projects through all phases to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Track and control costs to complete within time and budget.
• Create and execute project schedules that meet customer expectations and billing goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with regular updates and daily reporting.
• Act as primary contact between customer and Premise throughout all phases.
• Ensure materials are available on time per project.
• Identify, submit and track change orders using Premise process.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed on time.
• Communicate safety and quality standards per project.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
