Job summary

You will manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, develop and monitor schedules, review changes, and maintain financial oversight with tools like Procore and Bluebeam. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management.
• Experience on large, $20M+ commercial projects.
• Strong estimating and preconstruction expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of construction law and contracts.
