Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD. You will lead construction projects from inception to completion, presenting work orders, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam. Limited travel and a permanent position offer stability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a PM role within construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Bluebeam or equivalent PM software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgets, billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Present detailed work orders to clients and team members.
• Manage change orders to maintain project continuity.
• Support billing and collections processes.
• Place material orders for timely and cost-effective resources.
• Partner with production teams for smooth operations.
• Manage project logistics including RFIs, COs, materials, labor and budgets.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project management tasks.
• Oversee project life cycle to meet milestones within budget and time constraints.
