Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial projects, including water/wastewater facilities and data centers.

You will oversee Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 7+ years of experience, and strong CPM scheduling and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports and modify schedules/plans as needed.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination and weekly schedule meetings.
• Mentor and assist with career development of team members.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
