Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial construction projects, including water/wastewater and data centers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery through CPM-based scheduling and strong team leadership.

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred; PE is optional. You will supervise engineers, superintendents, and foremen, coordinate with clients and subs, manage budgets, and mentor team members in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• Experience managing industrial construction projects with strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Proficient in coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and authority.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and adjust schedules and plans based on status reports.
