Job summary

Joeris General Contractors, LLC in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction field required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Confined Space, CPR/AED/First Aid, Defensive Driving certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, architects, design teams, subcontractors, etc., while developing project requirements and submittal lists.
• Learn and utilize ProCore as the primary project management tool to track RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform constructability reviews on plans and assist Estimating with design progress budgets.
• Coordinate project turnover with Estimating and prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets.
• Review owner contracts, drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all pre-construction meetings.
• Create and update progress schedules with the superintendent.
• Prepare and submit project close-out submittals and warranties.
