Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• Projects size: +$50M (CMAR).
• Familiarity with the preconstruction process of a Construction Manager at Risk contract.
• Preferred experience in a higher ed school system in Texas.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Defensive Driving certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage preconstruction processes with the team.
• Assist in development of proposal strategies with marketing and preconstruction teams.
• Manage client, architect, and subcontractor relationships and submittal packages.
• Learn and utilize ProCore as the project management tool.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and project turnovers.
