Job summary

Joeris General Contractors LLC is seeking an on-site coordination professional to support the superintendent and project teams in Dallas, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient delivery of construction tasks. The role involves daily field coordination, reporting, and collaboration with subcontractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant construction degree and 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with OSHA 30 and related safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
2–5+ years of commercial construction experience.
OSHA 30 certified.
Confined Space Awareness, Defensive Driving, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure employee safety and project housekeeping.
Coordinate with clients, architects, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist in scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries.
Maintain daily time records and job site reports.
Review shop drawings for conformance and field dimensions.
Maintain job site progress photographs and record set drawings.
Assist in obtaining city inspections and temporary utilities.
Prepare jobsite meetings and agendas.
Review job costs and maintain quality control.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field
