Job summary

Joeris General Contractors LLC in Dallas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and project administration from inception to closeout. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include directing project controls in ProCore, reviewing contracts and permits, preparing cost-to-complete projections, and mentoring the Assistant Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Confined Space, CPR/AED/First Aid, Defensive Driving certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and administration.
• Manage client, architect, design team, and subcontractor relationships.
• Coordinate, review, and submit submittals, shop drawings, and permits.
• Prepare cost to complete projections and change orders; monitor progress.
• Mentor and train the Assistant Project Manager and assist the Superintendent.
