Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects for diverse clients. You will coordinate general contractors, engineers, and vendors to deliver work on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, plus 4 years of project experience (or 10 years alternative). Frequent travel and proficiency with Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field is preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and daily timesheet entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites, inspections, or meetings required.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, scopes, and reports, to support achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct detailed reviews of vendor proposals and awards in coordination with the client following completion of negotiations.
• Follow established standards and procedures for project reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Assume overall responsibility for project start‑up activities.
• Perform on‑site reviews of construction progress to monitor compliance with the approved project schedule.
