Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multiple projects for diverse clients.

The role acts as an extension of the owner's design and construction staff, coordinating with general contractors, engineers, internal departments, and third‑party vendors to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include reviewing docs, leading weekly meetings, and ensuring contract compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of direct project management experience preferred, or 10 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support project objectives.
• Lead weekly project meetings and document outcomes.
• Inspect work for compliance with contract terms and schedule.
• Monitor progress and costs; manage change orders and risks.
• Ensure safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
