Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure successful completion of construction projects. The role involves leading project documentation, budget planning, and coordination with field teams. Location will be project-based, with on-site assignments as needed.

The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and budget management skills, plus experience in subcontractor contracts and safety standards. A BS/BA in a related field and PMP/CCM are valued assets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP/CCM certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings before construction phase.
• Prepare construction budgets from plans and specifications; verify cost codes.
