Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction CapEx projects from conception through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, coordinating teams, meetings with clients and stakeholders, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction PM experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and risk management.
• Proficiency with PM software: Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project; OSHA knowledge.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams including subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.
• Monitor progress and resolve scope, cost, quality, or timeline issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings and update clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting and cost tracking.
• Foster client relationships and support continuous improvement.
