Job summary

Commercial Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of construction, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating with executives, subs, vendors, and clients, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with construction project management software required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with CEO, superintendents, assistant project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and conformance with plans and specs.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays to maintain progress.
• Manage and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
