Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager in Tampa, Florida to lead commercial projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, safety, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, develop schedules and budgets, manage change orders, and maintain rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Projects valued between $10M and $100M.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review subcontractor pay applications, owner billings, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
