Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for a variety of industrial projects in the United States. The role oversees project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Key duties include liaising with prime clients, establishing objectives, allocating staff, and reporting progress. A 7+ year track record in construction and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing not required but advantageous.
• 7+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for industrial projects.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen.
• Monitor and control schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Lead field meetings and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
