GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for high-impact programs and to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex portfolios.

You will mentor project managers, drive innovation, manage risk, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Occasional travel up to 40% is expected to support nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• PMP certification required; PMP preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across concurrent projects.
• Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and manage portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams.
• Foster effective communication across internal departments and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and report progress to executives.
