Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for high-impact projects within the Project Management Office. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage portfolios, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring project managers and coordinating with leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction project management or Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, PMP certification (PgMP preferred), and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • PMP certification required; PgMP preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver executive-level reporting on progress.
  • Drive process improvement and standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
