Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• PMP certification required; PgMP preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for high-value projects and programs.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple projects.
• Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and manage portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams.
• Foster effective communication across departments, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and report progress to executives.
• Drive process improvement and standardize tools and best practices.
