Job summary

GeoStabilization International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for high‑value infrastructure projects across North America. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage portfolios, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while mentoring project managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years of experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and travel up to 40%. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary, or strategic projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and performance goals.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices that elevate project management performance.
