Job summary

3i is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead commercial and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Dallas, TX.

You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, documentation, safety, and stakeholder communication with autonomy to protect client relationships and project outcomes. The role demands deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record in large, complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 9+ years in senior PM/leadership roles in commercial/public construction
• Strong knowledge of plans, contracts, and project controls
• Experience with public-sector work preferred
• PMP certification preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead OAC and coordination meetings
• Set expectations, remove obstacles, and ensure accountability
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement
• Prepare payment applications and review subcontractor billing
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, permits, and public procurement rules
• Coordinate inspections, closeout, and warranty turnover
• Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
