3i Construction Management, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts for commercial projects. You will develop budgets, strategies, and bid qualifications, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to win profitable work.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of estimating experience, a PM/CM background, and proficiency with Procore, RSMeans, and Excel.

Formación

• 10+ years of construction estimating or cost control experience; significant field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bids and pursuits simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop budgets.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates through design.
• Lead subcontractor solicitation and bid strategies.
• Maintain network of subcontractors and trade partners.
• Support minority subcontractor and supplier participation to meet goals.
• Participate in client presentations and project interviews.
• Identify risks and mitigate them during bidding.
• Coordinate handoff to construction team.
