Job summary

3i Construction Management, LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with strong construction accounting expertise in Dallas, TX. The role requires leading project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of construction accounting experience, proficiency in Sage 100, Sage Paperless, and Procore, and the ability to collaborate with executives, project managers, and field teams to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience, including construction/project work.
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and WIP schedules.
• Experience with audits, internal controls, and reconciling systems.
• Experience leading accounting processes and guiding staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end close processes with journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage project accounting, job-cost monitoring, forecasts, and cost-to-complete data.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and related processes.
• Coordinate subcontracts, owner billings, and change orders; ensure compliance with GAAP.
