Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them.
• Manage and administer Owner contracts and identify risks.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across all design and construction phases.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and reporting for each project.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee change management and evaluation of change orders.
